Carrabba's Italian Grill Hosts Springtime Sangria Dinner!



Carrabba’s Italian Grill is excited to host their first Sangria Dinner, where guests can embrace the delights of the season and enjoy a four-course Sangria pairing dinner with a menu curated specifically for this event. This dining offer is $65 per person and will only be available to guests, Wednesday, March 27, and Thursday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. To register, guests can call their local restaurant or reserve a spot on Carrabba’s website.

 

Please find below the Sangria Dinner menu details:

 

Course 1:

·         Shrimp & Ricotta Focaccia

o   Toasted focaccia layered with pesto and ricotta cheese, sprinkled with bacon, and topped with wood-grilled shrimp and sangria coulis.

§  Paired with Rose Sangria


Course 2:

·         Spring Salad with Scallops

o   Wood-grilled Sea scallops over fresh romaine with carrots, tomatoes, red onion, asparagus, and artichoke hearts, tossed in our Italian vinaigrette dressing and topped with bacon and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.

§  Paired with Peach Sangria


Course 3:

·         Chicken Bordeaux

o   Wood-grilled chicken with wilted spinach, goat cheese and Bordeaux cherries topped with cherry reduction. Served with grilled asparagus.

§  Paired with Classic Red Sangria


Course 4:

·         Mixed Berry Olive Oil Cake

o   Citrus olive oil cake over drizzled strawberry puree, topped with whipped cream and fresh raspberries and blueberries.

§  Paired with Blackberry Sangria
